Connect in three steps

  1. Download in SafariTap the button above, then choose Allow when prompted.

  2. Install in SettingsOpen Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install.

  3. Turn on the VPNOpen Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → VPN. Select Private VPN — Singapore and connect.

The profile is unsigned, so Settings may show “Not Signed.” It adds a VPN configuration; it does not enroll your phone in device management or install a root certificate. Connectivity depends on your network and has not been verified from China. Apple’s installation guide.
